Effect of Semen Components on Endometrial Transcriptome in Cattle - Supplementary Tables
Year: 2026
Type: supplementary-materials
Abstract: We hypothesize that exposure to seminal plasma at estrus alters the endometrial environment 24 hours after intrauterine infusion. To test this hypothesis, we evaluated the endometrial transcriptome of cows exposed to either pooled seminal plasma, conventional semen, seminal plasma plus semen or saline as a control.Tables contain data pertaining to the RNAseq analysis of endometrial tissue of cattle 24 hours after the intrauterine infusion of pooled seminal plasma, conventional semen, seminal plasma plus semen or saline as a control.
