Abstract: Objectives: “Healthy Beginnings”, a fully remote, culturally tailored lifestyle intervention embedded in WIC, reduced gestational weight and fat mass gain and improved dietary intake. The objective of this analysis was to evaluate the postpartum effects (to 12 months) of this intervention.
