The Architectural Magnitude in Physics A Structural Reconstruction of Green Functions, Statistical Thermodynamics, and Physical Observables

Type: preprint
Abstract: The Architecture Principle proposes that physical architectures constitute the primitive mathematical objects underlying theoretical physics, while Green functions, Hilbert-space representations, topological invariants, and statistical descriptions arise as representations of these architectures. In previous work, the Architectural Magnitude was introduced as a candidate canonical structural invariant associated with every physical architecture. The present paper investigates the physical significance of this invariant. Assuming that the Architectural Magnitude exists and is uniquely determined, we develop a reconstruction program in which Green functions, energy spectra, statistical mechanics, partition functions, entropy, Helmholtz free energy, enthalpy, Gibbs free energy, and other thermodynamic quantities emerge from a common structural origin. Rather than modifying the formalism of statistical mechanics, the proposed framework changes its primitive object: the partition function is formulated over architectural states rather than microscopic particle configurations. This manuscript summarizes the current state of the Architecture Principle and outlines a structural program toward an architectural formulation of statistical thermodynamics and mathematical physics.
