Research on the Teaching Reform of AI Empowered Online Course Resource Construction and Theoretical Teaching Tssistance in “Poultry Production Science”

Abstract: 随着人工智能技术的迅速发展，传统农业高等教育面临着教学模式革新与产业需求升级的双重挑战。本文以《家禽生产学》课程为例，探讨AI技术如何赋能线上课程资源建设并辅助理论教学。依托智能教学系统(如超星学习通)平台的AI能力，通过构建“AI+”多模态教学体系，整合智能知识图谱、自适应学习系统等关键技术，形成了“理论–实践”深度融合的新型教学模式。目前已完成课程知识图谱构建、教学视频录制及多类型课程资源建设，为后续教学实践奠定了坚实基础。本文还以扬州大学等高校的初步探索为例，验证了这一模式的可行性，并对其未来发展趋势提出了展望。With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, traditional agricultural higher education is facing dual challenges of teaching mode innovation and industrial demand upgrading. This article takes the course of “Poultry Production Science” as an example to explore how AI technology can empower the construction of online course resources and assist theoretical teaching. Based on the AI capabilities of the intelligent teaching system such as Super start learning APP, a new teaching model that deeply integrates theory and practice has been formed by constructing an “AI+” multimodal teaching system, integrating key technologies such as intelligent knowledge graphs and adaptive learning systems. At present, the construction of the course knowledge graph, recording of teaching videos, and development of various types of course resources have been completed, laying a solid foundation for subsequent teaching practices. This paper also takes the preliminary exploration of Yangzhou University and other colleges and universities as examples to verify the feasibility of this model, and puts forward prospects for its future development trend.
