Abstract: This compact English HADS publication presents an operational and falsifiablerule set for topological analog tests of selected emergent dark-sector-likeresponse structures. Its central mechanism is an observable-to-observablematching map with declared tolerance windows, structural uncertainty, localstage gates, and explicit local failure conditions. The release does not claimthat a laboratory platform reproduces cosmological spacetime, that prospectivephotonic hardware has been built or validated, or that any local proxy resultproves or falsifies HADS globally. Frozen Source 518 and Source 519 supplementsare included only within their declared synthetic local-proxy scope.
