FICO Project: Stepped System for Remote Broad-Spectrum Molecular Detection and Neutralization of Illicit Substances
Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: Maritime trafficking of narcotics and synthetic opioids has demonstrated high adaptability against current inspection technologies. This document proposes a paradigm shift: transitioning from simple passive detection to active molecular sanitization. The FICO system presents a Broad-Spectrum, Tri-Mode Sequential Sweep technological architecture utilizing High-Power Microwaves (HPM), Fractal Ultrasonic Resonance (HIFU), and Nanosecond Pulsed Electric Fields (nsPEF) for remote, irreversible molecular neutralization of Tropane Alkaloids (Cocaine), Synthetic Opioids (Fentanyl), and Substituted Amphetamines (MDMA/Ecstasy) without opening containers or damaging legal merchandise.
