Abstract: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على متطلبات تفعيل ممارسات العدالة التنظيمية بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال في محافظة دمياط، وذلك من خلال التعرف على الأسس النظرية للعدالة التنظيمية بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، وواقع تحقيق العدالة التنظيمية بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال ومعوقاتها ومتطلبات تفعيلها. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، واستخدم الإستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (307) من مديرات ومعلمات رياض الأطفال في محافظة دمياط، وتوصل البحث إلى جملة من النتائج أبرزها: وجود قصور واضح في تطبيق ممارسات العدالة التنظيمية بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال في محافظة دمياط. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج قدّم البحث جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات الرامية إلى تعزيز ممارسات العدالة التنظيمية في تلك المؤسسات، مثل: اعتماد مبدأ الشفافية في جميع القرارات والإجراءات الإدارية وإطلاع جميع المعلمات عليها،This research aimed to identify the requirements for implementing organizational justice practices in kindergartens in Damietta Governorate. This was achieved by examining the theoretical foundations of organizational justice in kindergartens, the current state of organizational justice implementation, its obstacles, and the requirements for its activation. The research employed a descriptive methodology and used a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The questionnaire was administered to a sample of 307 kindergarten directors and teachers in Damietta Governorate. The research yielded several key findings, most notably a clear deficiency in the application of organizational justice practices in Damietta Governorate's kindergartens.
