Abstract: Supplementary Material 7: Supplementary Table 6: Relative fold-change (FC) values of gene expression in the liver of channel catfish challenged with virulent Aeromonas hydrophila. Relative expression was determined through RNA-Seq and reverse-transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR). Six samples from each treatment group at 4 hours post challenge were taken and ran in triplicate to get the mean of each value in the RT-qPCR. For gene validation where the values were either not expressed or had a p-value > 0.05, no data (ND) was reported.
