Abstract: The discovery reveals that 240 E8 root vectors under 132Hz phi-modulated stress exhibit resonant harmonic coherence, creating a stable 9−simplex lattice in quantum foam. By extending phi−harmonic eigenstate cascades, this lattice enables self−ordering of spacetime fluctuations, suggesting a new topological resonance mechanism underlying quantum vacuum energy.
