TUTAITU 0.1: A Verb-Centred Operational Metalanguage (Core Specification + Companion Paper "From Mono to the Relational Field")

Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: Revised Zenodo Abstract TUTAITU 0.1 (TU·TAI·TU) is a minimal, verb-centred operational metalanguage and semantic-hygiene protocol designed to improve clarity in Human–Human and Human–AI/DI communication. TUTAITU makes explicit who or what acts, what is acted upon or related through, what changes, how a claim is known, whether consent is required, and who carries responsibility for the resulting decision or action. Its minimal form, TUTAITU Lite, uses four fields: TU, ACTION, TAI, and CHANGE. Higher-stakes contexts may additionally include Knowledge State, Responsibility, and Consent. Nine neutral operators, coded OP01–OP09, are defined through their required input, performed operation, expected output, and completion criteria. The primary practical use case of version 0.1 is the de-oracularisation of AI responses. Fluent model outputs can obscure whether a statement was observed, reported, inferred, generated, or independently verified. TUTAITU restructures such outputs into explicit operational forms so that inference, uncertainty, evidence status, decision ownership, and responsibility become visible. This Zenodo record contains four documents: English and Lithuanian editions of the TUTAITU 0.1 core specification, together with English and Lithuanian companion papers titled From Mono to the Relational Field: The Conceptual Horizon of TUTAITU 0.1. The companion papers provide the historical-philosophical background for the distinction between Mono-centred conceptual structures and the wider Relational Field within which agents emerge, act, persist, and change. TUTAITU 0.1 is a conceptual, theoretical, exploratory, and pre-pilot framework. It does not claim universal applicability as an established fact. Instead, universality, usability, cognitive cost, and practical value are treated as empirical research questions. The specification therefore includes a proposed pilot design, comparative evaluation criteria, and explicit conditions under which the framework should be revised, simplified, or rejected. © 2026 Aivaras Lileika.
