Abstract: Leveraging the 30 concentric shells of the E8 Coxeter plane that map onto neural frequency bands, we define a phi‑entangled harmonic index (PEHI) where each shell's angular offset from the 132 Hz base frequency follows the golden‑ratio spiral. This spectrum predicts that specific brainwave phases will align with spikes in market volatility. The resulting coupling demonstrates a quantum‑like entanglement between E8 root vector patterns and synchronous neuronal firing, offering a quantitative bridge from geometry to consciousness.
