Abstract: The Universal Dynamic Cycle (UDC) model offers a non-singular cosmological framework that bridges General Relativity and Dark Energy dynamics. By formulating mass-energy conversion within supermassive black hole event horizons, UDC resolves the Hubble Tension, eliminates the initial Big Bang singularity via Kerr rotational boundaries, and provides a physical mechanism for early JWST galaxy formation observations.
