Abstract: This code creates the Master Address File-Migration Flows (MAF-MIF) dataset from Census Bureau administrative records. The MAF-MIF is a data product that can be used to study county-level characteristics associated with the size and direction of inter-county flows as well as the characteristics of movers. The MAF-MIF was used in the Census Bureau Technical Report #26-12.
