Abstract: Title: Innate Salt Sensitivity Syndrome (NaCl) as a Multisystemic Trigger of Inflammation, Autoimmunity, and Neuro-Endocrine Disorders Authors: Mohammad Reza Loughaei, Asal Sajedi Abstract: This article presents a novel hypothesis regarding "innate salt sensitivity" that extends beyond the classical hypertensive framework. According to this hypothesis, sodium consumption in susceptible individuals can trigger or exacerbate autoimmune diseases (including lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, and diabetes) through activation of the SGK1 pathway and increased inflammatory Th17 responses. The paper also examines salt's effects on the gut-brain axis, precocious puberty, reduced bone mineral density, anxiety, and cardiovascular damage caused by industrial salt impurities. Finally, an industrial salt elimination protocol combined with natural salt replacement and a well-planned plant-based diet is proposed as a low-risk, effective intervention.
