Abstract: This OSF repository contains the extended data supporting the systematic review entitled "Heat-related illness during Hajj mass gatherings: a systematic review of burden, risk factors, surveillance approaches, and mitigation strategies." The repository provides supplementary materials used to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and comprehensive reporting of the review in accordance with PRISMA 2020 and PRISMA-S recommendations.
