Abstract: This study takes the co-operation relationship between regional tourism enterprises as the main line, comprehensively applies various research methods such as literature research and theoretical deduction, case study, questionnaire survey and empirical analysis, and comprehensively applies co-operation theory, symbiosis theory, coalition game theory, resource dependence theory and other theories. Taking the Fantawild theme park in different regions as the specific research object, this paper studies the state and evolution mechanism of regional tourism enterprises ' co-operation relationship and the role of government coordination mechanism in regional tourism co-operation, and then analyzes the differences between different regional tourism co-operation and government coordination mechanism.
