Abstract: ShannonPore is a GUI and CLI for nanopore methylation entropy analysis. It computes methylation entropy (ME), mean methylation level (MML), and coverage bedgraphs from modkit-extracted CpG calls, performs block segmentation, runs GO enrichment via an R bridge, and produces track, scatter, and distribution plots. Three entropy modes are supported: True-mC (5hmC -> C), Bisulfite-equivalent, and Ternary (3-state).
