P2-seq resolves topology-dependent DNA structural states and their long-range coupling in individual molecules

Abstract: This dataset contains raw Oxford Nanopore PromethION signal data from the low-salt topoisomer plasmid experiments performed as part of the P2-seq study. Raw nanopore signal data are stored in POD5 format and provided as compressed TAR.GZ archives. The corresponding basecalled and aligned sequencing reads are deposited separately in the NCBI Sequence Read Archive under BioProject PRJNA1504906.
