Abstract: IMC images from 36 regions of interest (ROIs) collected from lung tissues of KRAS mutant mice across progressive tumor stages.A total of 27 tumor ROIs and 9 normal lung ROIs were analyzed. Tumor ROIs were obtained at four time points reflecting distinct histological transitions: 25 weeks (non-solid), 28 weeks (part-solid), 42 weeks (solid), and 53 weeks (solid). All ROIs were categorized into three groups: normal (n=9), preinvasive (n=10), and invasive (n=17). Age-matched normal lung tissues were included as controls at each time point. Tumor ROIs collected at 25 weeks were classified as preinvasive, whereas those collected at 28, 42, and 53 weeks were classified as invasive.
