Abstract: This archive contains custom analysis code and example de-identified data associated with the manuscript “Top-down semantic predictions align phonetic neuronal dynamics in human superior temporal gyrus” by Orepić et al., 2026; preprint DOI: https://doi.org/10.1101/2023.10.30.564638 The archive includes scripts for mTRF modeling, surrogate model fitting, phonetic clustering analyses, and plotting, together with required toolboxes, installation notes, example input data, and expected outputs. The included data are provided for reviewer assessment and demonstration of the analysis workflow.
