Responsibility Attrapolation, Catastrophe Bifurcation, and Systemic Phase Transition: A Three-Tier Organizational Game of Hamilton's Principle and Collective Self-Destruction

Type: article
Abstract: Faced with rigid labor protection, this study models the catastrophic phase transitions of hierarchical organizations utilizing Hamilton's principle. Building upon the crowding-out mechanics established in DOI:10.5281/zenodo.21912446 and the systemic failure demonstrated in DOI:10.5281/zenodo.21913270, we introduce a non-linear catastrophe bifurcation governed by the post-turnover competence parameter of replacement personnel (\alpha_y). We mathematically prove that when frontline stress breaches critical limits, the global profit function violates Schwarz's theorem on mixed partial derivatives. The critical threshold of post-turnover competence determines whether the system stabilizes into a passive freeze or accelerates into a catastrophic total collapse.
