Abstract: 作为中医领域的经典名方，柴胡清肝汤自明代《外科正宗》中首次记载以来，经过数百年的临床实践检验，其应用范围已从最初治疗外科“鬓疽”等疮疡病症，逐步拓展到内科、五官科、皮肤科等多个医学领域，充分彰显出“养血清火，疏肝散结”的广泛治疗效能。本研究旨在深入解析其经典组方与异方组成，阐释其核心功效的方义内涵及现代解读，探讨其现代药理研究的最新进展与作用机制，拓展其现代临床应用场景。结合该方剂在国家经典名方目录中的定位及未来开发策略，明确其后续研究与发展方向。As a classic famous prescription in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, Chaihu Qinggan Decoction was first recorded in Wai Ke Zheng Zong (Orthodox External Medicine) during the Ming Dynasty. After hundreds of years of clinical practice verification, its application scope has gradually expanded from the initial treatment of surgical conditions such as “bin ju” (temporal carbuncle) and other sores to multiple medical fields, including internal medicine, ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology, as well as dermatology, fully demonstrating the extensive therapeutic efficacy of “nourishing blood and clearing fire, soothing the liver and resolving stagnation”. This study aims to analyze its classic prescription composition and variant formulations, elaborate on the connotation of the prescription meaning of its core effects and its modern interpretation, explore the latest progress and mechanism of its modern pharmacological research, and expand its modern clinical application scenarios. Combined with the positioning of this prescription in the national list of classic famous prescriptions and its future development strategy, the direction of its subsequent research and development is clarified.
