Abstract: In previous work, we proposed to rethink the body as a set of distributed meta-environments — blood, fascia, interstitium, extracellular matrix, glycocalyx, and others. These environments are spaces in which cells and organs exist, and their pathology underlies up to 65% of the burden of chronic diseases. However, the description of the structure does not answer the question of how these environments are managed. In this article, we introduce the concept of ten meta-regulators — integrative control circuits that set the fundamental parameters and modes of operation of all meta-environments. Each chronic diagnosis is not an "organ failure", but a frozen failure in one or more meta-regulators. As a key tool for system tuning, the theory of subjectabols is proposed, which introduces the metric of objectabol density (PP) — the number of beneficial and harmful molecular species in a product, taking into account its state. The choice of products with a high PCP modulates each of the ten meta-regulators, maintaining the metabolic diversity of the body's 18 compartments and postponing the age-related depletion of the metabolome. Particular attention is paid to the Quattrotron technique, the first engineering system that reproduces the rejuvenating effect of heterochronic parabiosis without surgical intervention. The Quattrotron generates a multimodal physical environment with field intensities below the natural background, acting on all ten meta-regulators simultaneously during natural sleep. The data of single-cell transcriptomic analysis are presented, confirming a decrease in senescent cells from 18% to 4% after four courses.
