Abstract: Assessment of ferroptosis in immunodeficient mice. Myc-CaP flank tumor-bearing NSG mice were assigned to one of three treatment arms (n = 3 animals per arm): saline vehicle, PSMAi-C’ dots, and PSMAi-C’ dots plus liproxstatin-1 (LP-1). Tumor growth (a) and corresponding body weights of mice (b) monitored up to 10 days after the final treatment.
