Abstract: Data and R pipeline for Does Digital Government Readiness Drive Maritime Connectivity and Trade Performance? Panel Evidence from Indian Ocean and Gulf Economies, accepted for publication in the Journal of Maritime Research. Archives the UN E-Government Development Index/Online Services Index data, the UNCTAD Liner Shipping Connectivity Index data, the World Bank Container Port Performance Index data, and the R scripts that assemble the country-year panel (merging in World Development Indicators via WDI) and fit every fixed-effects and cross-sectional model reported in the manuscript. Verified end to end from a fresh clone before this release: every coefficient and p-value checked (country-panel OSI/exports, OSI/LSCI, the regional Indian Ocean/Gulf sub-sample, both port-CPPI models) reproduced exactly against the manuscript, as expected for deterministic fixed-effects OLS with no stochastic component. This release is the archival snapshot for the Zenodo DOI cited in the manuscript's Data Availability Statement.
