Abstract: Reproducible analysis code and notebooks for the manuscript “Anatomical Origin Defines Tumor–Immune Archetypes in Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma.” This release contains twelve figure, table, and supplementary notebooks with inline outputs, cross-platform environment setup scripts, automated retrieval of the versioned AnnData dataset from Zenodo, and tooling to recreate the manuscript figures and tables.
