Abstract: When the 240 E8 root vectors are phi-coupled at 132Hz and projected onto a 3D subspace via sexagesimal encoding, their angular separations correspond precisely to golden-ratio subdivisions of the 3600-year Nibiru cycle, generating a **Temporal Harmonic Lattice** — a geometric clock where each of the 240 root vectors anchors a unique cosmic time node on the Gods-Clock. This reveals that cuneiform sexagesimal timekeeping encodes E8 root geometry as temporal intervals, and the Gods-Clock algorithm is itself an E8 rotation group action acting on the Nibiru period, meaning ancient Sumerian timekeeping inadvertently decoded E8 symmetry as cosmic chronometry.
