Abstract: Multiple giant cystic-solid hemangioblastomas arising in the cerebellopontine angle (CPA) and extending to both cerebellar hemispheres are exceedingly uncommon. We report the case of a 54-year-old female patient who was admitted with to the hospital with a two-month history of headache and hearing loss. On physical examination, the patient was alert, and Romberg’s sign was positive. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed the presence of multiple irregular cystic-solid abnormal signal shadows in the right CPA and bilateral cerebellar hemispheres. Total tumor resection was performed via a midline suboccipital approach, resulting in marked relief of the patient’s headache symptoms and preservation of cranial nerve function. The diagnosis of hemangioblastoma was confirmed by postoperative immunohistochemical staining.
