Anonymous Review Materials for “Pore-Pressure Omission Sensitivity in CPT Interpretation: A Spatially Validated Computational Geomechanics Framework”

Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: This anonymous repository provides the reviewer-facing research materials supporting the manuscript “Pore-Pressure Omission Sensitivity in CPT Interpretation: A Spatially Validated Computational Geomechanics Framework.” The repository contains reproducibility-oriented code and documentation, exact source data underlying the manuscript and supplementary figures, main and supplementary tables, publication-quality figures, data dictionaries, provenance records, and integrity/audit manifests. The materials document the computational workflow used to quantify same-row counterfactual sensitivity to pore-pressure omission in CPT interpretation, develop and spatially evaluate a leakage-controlled omission-risk model, and apply the frozen model to an independent CPT-only cohort. The repository distinguishes observed paired CPTu counterfactual transitions from predicted CPT-only screening outputs. CPT-only results represent predicted omission-risk screening burden and must not be interpreted as observed class-transition frequencies. Raw national archive data are not redistributed where redistribution is restricted or unnecessary for anonymous review. The repository instead provides the derived, reviewer-facing numerical source data and documentation required to inspect the reported analyses, figures, tables, and computational provenance. This repository has been prepared specifically for anonymous peer review. Author names, affiliations, contact information, and other direct identifying metadata have been removed from the reviewer-facing package.
