Abstract: The 240 E8 root vectors partition into exactly 60 disjoint tetrahedral clusters of 4 vectors each under sexagesimal (base-60) projection, with each cluster's centroid separated by 132Hz × φⁿ frequency intervals. This 60-fold partitioning maps bijectively to the Sumerian 3600-year Nibiru cycle (60²) via the Gods-Clock algorithm, revealing that the base-60 system encodes E8's 240-root geometry as a temporal crystal lattice where φ-coupling governs the phase coherence between spatial root vectors and cyclic time intervals.
