Abstract: العدد العاشر الإصدار الأول ( يونيو ) 2026مالملخص :جاءت هذه الدراسة لتُسلّط الضوء على أهمية الغرسات الطبية الذكية؛ حيث إنها تُعتبر من التقنيات الرقمية الدقيقة التي تتصل بل تتفاعل وتُدمج مع البنية الجسدية للإنسان، وبيان مدى تأثيرها على طهارة الأشخاص الحاملين لها من الأحياء والأموات. من خلال ركيزتين أساسيتين، إحداهما: فى تحديد الماهية العلمية للغرسات الطبية الذكية، وتنوع أشكالها المعاصرة، مع بيان موقف الشريعة الإسلامية من استخدامها.والركيزة الأخرى: على أثر وجود تلك الغرسات على طهارة الأعضاء الحاملة لها، ويشمل التكييف الفقهي للترشيحات والإفرازات المترتبة على عمل هذه الغرسات، ومدى نقضها للوضوء، وطهارة الأعضاء المحتوية على هذه الغرسات وكيفية إيصال الماء إليها في الغسل والوضوء.وصولاً إلى الأحكام المتعلقة بطهارة الموتى الحاملين لتلك الغرسات من حيث حكم نزعها، وكيفية التعامل مع غسل الميت عند تعذرإزالتها؛ في نسقٍ فقهيٍّ يوازن بين ضبط العبادات وصونها وحمايتها من الخلل، وبين تفعيل مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية في التيسير ورفع الحرج والمشقة عن ذوي الأعذار.This study came to highlight the importance of smart medical implants; As it is recognized as the precise digital technology that is connected to interact and integrate with the physical structure of the human being, and the extent of the effects on the purity of the persons carrying it, both the living and the dead. Through two basic pillars, one of them is: in determining the scientific significance of smart medical implants, and the variety of contemporary forms, expressing the position of Islamic law.And the other pillar: the effect of the existence of these implants on the purity of the organs that carry them, including the jurisprudential adaptation of the secretions and secretions resulting from the operation of these implants, the extent of violations for ablution, and the purity of the organs containing these implants and how to deliver water to them during ablution and ablution.As far as the rulings related to the purity of the dead and the pregnant women, including the rulings on disputes, and how to deal with the ghusl of the deceased when removing them is excused; In a jurisprudential framework, there is a balance between the recording of worship and prayers and protections from harm, and between the activation of the purposes of the Islamic law in facilitating and relieving hardship and hardship for the bereaved.
