MODEL ADOPTION #1255: REJECT — VIDEO SCOUT: ICT Power of Three (PO3) - AMD | Cracking the Forex Code — E8 Intelligence Research
Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: DECISION: REJECT ELEMENT: The PO3 opening-range breakout after manipulation is not compatible with E8's sacred geometry timing. E8 enters on node projections, not on price breaking a fixed daily range. The 2:1 fixed RR conflicts with E8's dynamic target structure. The method's 14.5% win rate on H1 is too low for our scalping model — we require >40% win rate to maintain psychological edge in fast entries. The "false move" detection is subjective and cannot be reliably coded without discretionary interpretation of candle patterns. EXPECTED IMPACT: Adding PO3 would dilute our focus. It would introduce competing signals on GBPUSD and EURUSD during wkjudas/rizzy entries, reducing net R per trade by an estimated -0.5R to -1.5R per conflict. The +77.3R over 2502 trades is an illusion of stability — it masks a 85.5% loss rate that would destroy account equity during drawdown streaks in our 15s-7m scalping window. RISK: Overfitting to EURUSD's specific daily behavior. Degradation on GBPUSD, Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK. Part of the E8 Intelligence Research series.
