Abstract: Bone marrow and lymph node whole tissue suspensions were loaded onto a Chromium Single-Cell Controller instrument (10x Genomics) to generate single-cell gel beads in emulsion. Single-cell RNA libraries were prepared using the Chromium Single-Cell 5’ Library and Gel Bead Kit on a Chromium Chip K. Libraries were prepared using the Chromium Single-Cell library construction kit . LPPL samples are Lean Parent's Pups Lymph Node OPPL samples are Obese Parent's Pups Lymph Node LPPB samples are Lean Parent's Pups Bone Marrow OPPB samples are Obese Parent's Pups Bone Marrow
