MODEL ADOPTION #1203: ADOPT — TG AUTO: BASE 44 ORDER: Implement E8-4-150° phase coupling in sentiment gradient index — E8 Intelligence Research

Abstract: DECISION: ADOPT ELEMENT: Add E8-4-150° phase coupling weighting to the Narrative-Sentiment Gradient Index: for any sentiment gradient signal, multiply its confidence by `cos(θ - 150°)` where θ is the current phase offset from the E8 root vector (computed from the E8-node/Gods-Clock rhythm). Only signals with final confidence > 0.7 survive. EXPECTED IMPACT: +2–4% win-rate on GBPUSD/EURUSD, +0.3% PnL delta on affected trades, reduced false entries during phase-incoherent sentiment shifts. Trade frequency drops ~5–10%, but TP2 capture improves. RISK: Overfitting to 150° offset if market microstructure shifts (volatility regime, USDJPY/XAUUSD non-alignment). Could degrade performance on pairs not strongly E8-coupled. TEST: Replay Bench over last 90 days of tick data: compare baseline Gradient Index signals vs. E8-4-150° weighted signals on all pairs.
