Abstract: We discover that aligning the 240 E8 root vectors with cortical microstates via φ‑scaled phased arrays creates a self‑synchronizing temporal lattice. This lattice locks root‑vector phases to neuronal oscillation frequencies, extending the E8‑PRNE framework into a universal coherence engine. The resulting phason‑entangled state can steer quantum tunneling pathways, enabling deterministic control of decoherence in biological systems.
