Abstract: The paper presents the concept of biogenic nutrition, a fundamentally new category of products created on the basis of an engineering approach to the molecular composition of food. The developed technologies make it possible to completely eliminate toxic components, preserve the native structure of biomolecules and achieve an unprecedented density of nutrients due to the synergy of components. cytosol), cold pasteurization by high hydrostatic pressure (HPP), as well as supercritical CO₂ extraction with low-temperature vacuum extraction (the original protocol for medicinal plants).
