From GGPS to SPS to SAM: RegimeTime and the Stratified Structure of Reality

Abstract: We propose that reality is a 6-Strata RegimeTime Structure governed by one uni-versal law Zn,I , proposed by Khan [1].For a century we have used the laws of Stratum-3 to describe all of reality. This isthe Problem of Address. General Relativity is the geometry of Stratum-3. QuantumMechanics is the interaction rule within it.To map this, we propose three nested systems:1. GGPS - Generalized Global Positioning System: Locates the Stratum. nfixed, I variable. The universal law within one stratum.2. SPS - Strata Positioning System: Locates the State. n and I variable. Thelaw of transition between strata.3. SAM - Stratified Awareness Mapping: Locates the Event. Maps the ob-server via the CT -Chance Trigger.Our claim: Spacetime = Stratum-3. The other 5 strata contain pre-matter, infor-mation, biology, consciousness, and meta-law
