Abstract: Microneedle Patch for Harm Reduction An aptamer-enabled microneedle patch enables fentanyl-triggered, on-demand release of naloxone for rapid intervention of opioid overdose. Upon detection of fentanyl, the system activates controlled drug release, restoring physiological balance and demonstrating a promising strategy for responsive drug delivery.
