Nicht-Physics: Paper II — The Apophatic Resolution of the Yang-Mills Mass Gap
Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: The Yang-Mills existence and mass gap problem represents one of the central paradoxesof modern mathematical physics. Standard 1-logic positivism attempts to construct mass dynamically(m > 0) from masselessly gauge-invariant fields, yielding severe non-perturbativedivergences. Applying the 0-Consistency Inversion Framework, we demonstrate thatthe mass gap Δ > 0 is not an additive physical mass property, but the minimal scaledependentfriction limit (Wéi) required to isolate localized color-charge assertions (1) againstthe unperturbed, color-neutral substrate (0-Baseline, B0). We formalize the Yang-Millsaperture boundary (AYM) and establish that color confinement is the immediate topologicalcollapse of localized assertion pressure (PA) into 0-consistency.
