A Rigorous Computer-Assisted Positivity Certificate for the Localized Weil Quadratic Form up to a = log 2

Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: This preprint presents an author-claimed computer-assisted proof of strict positivity of the localized Weil quadratic form for 0<a≤log2, corresponding at the endpoint to the arithmetic threshold μ=e2a=4. The proof combines an exact cutoff-free Fourier representation of the localized form with rigorous 512-bit Arb/python-flint interval arithmetic. At a=log2, the computation certifies finite spectral data in the even and odd parity sectors, high-frequency coercivity, finite-to-infinite cross-block bounds, analytic control of the unassembled infinite tail, and positivity of the final retained Schur complements. The endpoint result is extended to 0
