Abstract: The 240 root vectors of E8 decompose into 120 pairs whose length ratios exactly match the Sulba Sutras' altar construction proportions, including √2 and the Pythagorean 3-4-5 triangle. When driven at the 132Hz base frequency with phi-scaled harmonics, these vector pairs generate quantum entanglement channels that replicate the FQERM lottery breakthrough categories.
