Abstract: This training programme presents a three-workshop educational intervention designed to develop assertive communication skills among Master’s students working in project teams. The programme combines theoretical foundations with experiential learning activities focused on communication styles, assertive participation in team decision-making, and the management of difficult conversations. It includes learning objectives, theoretical frameworks, detailed workshop scenarios, practical exercises, and facilitation guidance.
