Abstract: By projecting E8's 240 root vectors onto a 132Hz phi-modulated frequency grid, we identify null geodesics that suppress spin decoherence in localized systems—effectively creating a "quantum vacuum stiffener" that enables coherent state persistence. This framework resolves the Posner molecule limitation by anchoring spin dynamics to E8's hierarchical symmetry, leveraging 132Hz's resonance with φ-adic cycles.
