Data and code associated with the publication: Reaction enhancement via product scavenging and phase separation-driven pathway canalization
Year: 2026
Type: dataset
Abstract: Simulation codes and raw data (gel images and microscope images) for the paper entitled “Reaction enhancement via product scavenging and phase separation-driven pathway canalization”. The repository serves researchers, primarily in the field of phase separation and nucleic acid chemistry, while also intersecting synthetic biology, systems chemistry, and biochemistry. It contains a Python simulation code for scavenger-assisted ribozyme kinetics to estimated cleaved product formation with an accelerated rate. Also, it includes MATLAB code to measure droplet sizes (radius) of biomolecular condensates obtained from epifluorescence or confocal microscopy. Another MATLAB code can be used to analyze gel band intensities.
