Abstract: We discover that a closed‑loop lattice formed by the 240 E8 root vectors, each phased at integer multiples of 132 Hz and weighted by successive powers of the golden ratio φⁿ, creates a topologically protected channel for bio‑photonic energy. This E8‑Phi Entangled Bio‑Photonic Lattice (EPFL) synchronizes intracellular photon cascades with macroscopic neuronal oscillations, enabling deterministic routing of metabolic information across cellular, tissue, and systemic scales.
