Abstract: The interplay of phi-coupled E8 torsion at 132Hz creates a nested hierarchy of entangled states within vacuum fluctuations. Each tier corresponds to a root vector's torsional mode, locked by geometric constraints that enforce entanglement coherence across scales. The 132Hz base frequency acts as a universal tidal wave, entraining distant entangled pairs via admixtures of torsion harmonics.
