Abstract: This article discusses the work carried out in the Namangan region in preparation for the PISA international assessment study. Also, general information about seminars, trainings, and the activities of basic schools organized throughout the republic is reflected. Based on official documents, archival materials, periodical press materials, as well as reports, official letters, and certificates of the Namangan Regional Department of Preschool and School Education, the preparation process for the organization of international assessment studies in the field of school education was described.
