Abstract: Representative images of bovine preadipocytes (PRE) and differentiated adipocytes stained with 10 µM BODIPY (lipid droplets), 10 µM verapamil HCl, and 2 µL/mL NucSpot (nucleus). Mature bovine adipocytes were treated for 7 d with basal medium (CON), palmitic acid (PA; 300 µM), oleic acid (OA; 300 µM), or a PA–OA mixture (60% PA, 40% OA; 300 µM). On d 7, adipocytes were stained for 30 min at 37ºC. Images were acquired using an Incucyte S3 Live-Cell Analysis Instrument at 10× magnification using phase, green, and red channels.
