Abstract: This article discusses the issues of improving social educational and educational work with the population on the basis of family-neighborhood relations, religious tolerance, work activity of the population, cooperation with neighboring countries. Information is provided on the most important stages of forming and promoting the socialization of concepts of family-neighborhood relations in primary school students. Information is provided on the aspects of proper organization of work in order to help the student manage himself in the community, strengthen his reputation, and find his place among his peers. In order for blind children to fully participate in society, the importance of not only school education, but also the role of the family, neighbors, and the neighborhood environment in the child's life is shown. The article analyzes the qualities necessary for a teacher to express himself - skills, moral culture, knowledge and skills, self-demandingness, and aspects of relationship building.
