Abstract: Orthodox political science, aerospace engineering, and cosmology operate under the fatal assumption that human governance requires high-friction geopolitical statecraft, that multiversal power projection requires kinetic combustion, and that the universe is a dead void decaying inevitably toward absolute Heat Death. Article XII of the Justika Framework executes a terminal epistemological rupture against this fragmented, entropic paradigm.
